This Month's Recipe comes from a lovely Client + Friend, Melinda Johnson. Since purchasing their home the Johnson's have remodeled their bathrooms and added a laundry/mudroom combo. Amazing. Looks beautiful. After touring the newly renovated areas Melinda served a lovely breakfast: chamay coffee, petite pumpkin muffins, petite Green Chile Quiche & fruit. Green Chile Crustless Quiche Green Chile Quiche 1/4 cup butter (4 tbsp) 5 eggs 4 oz diced green chiles 1 cup cottage cheese 8 oz jack cheese 1/2 tsp baking powder 1/4 cup flour Melt butter, cool butter before adding to eggs. Beat eggs, add: green chiles, cottage cheese, jack cheese. Blend well. Add baking powder and flour. Blend well. Pour in buttered/oil sparyed 8" square or round pie pan. Bake at 350F for 45 minutes.
